Mike LaCoss’ Debut

July 18, 1973: Mike LaCoss made his MLB debut relieving Tom Seaver in T8 at Riverfront Stadium. The first batter he faced was Andre Dawson who hit a solo home run (Deep RF). His first out was Tony Perez with a pop fly to 2B. His first strikeout was Larry Parrish. He ended his career with 783 strikeouts.
