President Ronald Reagan is Shot

March 30, 1981: Grandma stopped listening to the Reds vs. White Sox spring training game in the 6th inning because, “President Reagan was shot and 3 other men. I watched on TV and missed the rest of this game but Reds won.”

He was shot by John Hinckley Jr. outside of the Washington Hilton Hotel.
