Sept. 9, 1973: Ken Griffey hit his first home run of his career in game one of the doubleheader against the Braves at Atlanta Stadium. He hit a 2-run home run (Deep RF) off Roric Harrison driving in Dan Driessen in T5. He ended his career with 152 home runs and 859 RBIs.
